Note for Genealogists

Adam Matthew Publications receives a large number of enquiries relating to the Church Missionary Society Archives and requests for information on individual family members who were missionaries.

Please note that, while we are more than happy to provide individual reels to researchers who wish to order the microfilm, unfortunately we are unable to provide a genealogy service.

All enquiries on individual missionaries should be made to the Church Missionary Society Special Collections mailbox at:

special-collections@bham.ac.uk.

All other enquiries on individual family members listed in our collections should be directed to the holders of the original material, such as the National Archives, the British Library etc.
